Sometimes you might want to do different analyses or want to keep your own records of data.
The simple answer is "yes"! You may download raw data from several different places:
- The Analyze tab, with Analytics v.2 (The best place to download)
- The Analyze tab, with Analytics v.1

There's a CSV download feature within the analysis. The CSV will generate from whatever you are visualizing at that very moment, so there are a few things to consider as you prepare the data to download:
- Select the correct sensor(s) and parameter(s).
- Make sure the date range is correct.
- Choose the aggregation (for raw data you'll want "no aggregation")
- Click the CSV icon at the top of the analytics tools and it should (see image below) and the CSV should automatically start downloading.
Important note about how much data you can download at a time
Please only download one month of data at a time - some of our customers have reported that some datapoints are missing when downloading larger datasets. It's a known bug that we are working to resolve!)

Downloading raw data from Analytics v.2 is even easier because it is not aggregated at all. All you need to do is pick the correct sensors, the readings, and the dates. Then go to the top right and click Download CSV.
