When you open your box(es) of Conserv equipment, you will notice several different parts and attachments alongside your sensors.
Ensure that you have the following items in your box:
- Sensor(s)
- Gateway(s)
- Ethernet cable
- Power cord(s)
- Antenna(s)
- Onboarding insert
Your package may contain multiple Conserv sensors. It may also contain leak detectors, outdoor temperature/relative humidity (RH), or cold storage sensors.
Orders are sometimes split into more than one package. Check your email for shipment notifications. You will get one per package.
