Configure Pest Monitors

After you set up your pest monitors in their locations, you will organize your pest monitor locations in the same hierarchical way that you organize your data loggers.

Add a New Location

  1. Sign in to Conserv Cloud, select Pests from the left navigation menu, and select the Pest Monitor tab.
  2. In the lower-left corner of the page, click + (add) and click Add a Location.
  3. Enter general information for the location.
    1. Enter a location name.
    2. Enter a description.
    3. Select a level profile. You will only see profiles you have already set up. See this article for how to set up a level profile.
    4. The elevation field is populated when you enter an address.
    5. Enter an American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) classification.
  4. Create all of the floors in your location.
    1. Click Add Floor.
    2. Enter a floor name.
    3. Click ✅.
  5. Create HVAC zones.
    1. Click Add HVAC Zone.
    2. Enter a zone name.
    3. Click ✅.
  6. Search for or manually enter an address.
  7. Click Add an Image to upload a picture of the location.
  8. Click SAVE ALL CHANGES.


You can edit your location at any time by selecting the location, editing the information about your location, and clicking SAVE ALL CHANGES.

Add a New Space

It is not currently possible to drag and drop the pest monitors in the same way as the data loggers, but you can change their location by clicking each space and changing the Space Name.

  1. Sign in to Conserv Cloud, select Pests from the left navigation menu, and select the Pest Monitor tab.
  2. In the lower-left corner of the page, click + (add) and click Add a Space.
  3. Enter a name for the space.
  4. Select a level profile.
  5. Select a location that you created in the previous task.
  6. Select a floor that you created in the previous task.
  7. Select an HVAC zone that you created in the previous task.
  8. Enter general details for the space.
    1. Enter a description of the space.
    2. Enter the size of the space (in square feet).
    3. Select the type of space, for example, Outdoor.
    4. Select a sensitivity to pests level: Low, Medium, High.
  9. Click Add an Image to upload a picture of the space.
  10. Click SAVE ALL CHANGES.

You can edit your space at any time by selecting the space, editing the information about your space, and clicking SAVE ALL CHANGES.

Add a New Pest Monitor

  1. Sign in to Conserv Cloud, select Pests from the left navigation menu, and select the Pest Monitor tab.
  2. In the lower-left corner of the page, click + (add) and click Add a Pest Monitor.
  3. Enter general information for the pest monitor.
    1. Enter a name for the location of the pest monitor.
    2. Select a space name that you created in the previous task.
  4. Enter pest monitor details.
    1. Enter the type of pest monitor. After you enter a new type (such as Rodent trap or Pheromone lure) it appears as an option when you create new pest monitors or edit existing monitors.
    2. Enter a description of the pest monitor placement.
  5. Click Add an Image to upload a picture of the pest monitor.
  6. Click SAVE ALL CHANGES.

You can edit your space at any time by selecting the space, editing the information about your space, and clicking SAVE ALL CHANGES. You can also view the monitor's history by selecting the space, and clicking the HISTORY tab.

Replace, Delete or Mark a Monitor as Checked

Click the three-dot menu on any pest monitor to replace it, delete it, or mark it as checked.
