Create Scheduled Reports (Coming Soon)
Automatically send and receive reports on a recurring basis in Conserv Cloud
Scheduled Reports is a Pro feature that allows you to automate the delivery of sensor data reports to your inbox on a regular basis. Set up recurring reports to receive updates daily, weekly, or monthly without needing to manually generate reports each time.

Create a Scheduled Report
To create a scheduled report, you must first configure the view and settings that you want to include in the report.
- Sign in to Conserv Cloud.
 - Navigate to your sensors dashboard.
 - Click View Graph for the sensor you want to create a report for.
 - Select all the sensors you want to show in the report.
 - Select all the readings you want to show in the report.
 - Configure your chart settings and layout exactly as you want them to appear in the report from the DISPLAY options.
 - Click CREATE REPORT.
 - Select Schedule Recurring Delivery.
 - Name your report.
 - Select the start date.
 - Select the frequency for report delivery. Weekly will send a week's worth of data. Monthly will send a month's worth of data.
 - Select the emails for the people who should receive the reports. Use lowercase letters, for example jane.smith@museum.com not Jane.Smith@museum.com
 - Review the Schedule Preview to confirm all details.
 - Click SCHEDULE REPORT.
 
You will see a confirmation message that your report has been scheduled successfully. You should start receiving emails according to the schedule you have set.
Important
Scheduled reports will come as PDF attachments from noreply@conserv.io. Whitelist this email to prevent reports from going to spam. Please check junk filters before opening support requests about not receiving reports.
View and Manage Scheduled Reports
You can view all your scheduled reports in one place and manage their status or delete them as needed.
- Sign in to Conserv Cloud.
 - Select Reports in the left navigation menu.
 - Select the right tab for SCHEDULED REPORTS.
 
Your reports will appear in the list.
Add or Remove Scheduled Reports Recipients
You can change who gets a scheduled report after creating one. Other aspects of the scheduled report cannot be changed. If you made a mistake, delete the report and create a new one.
- Navigate to the SCHEDULED REPORTS list.
 - Click the Recipients column in the scheduled report you wish to edit.
 - Subscribe or Unsubscribe emails in the pop up options.
 
Turn Scheduled Reports On or Off
You can pause a scheduled report without deleting it by turning it inactive.
- Navigate to the SCHEDULED REPORTS list.
 - Use the Status toggle to turn the report Active or Inactive.
 
Delete a Scheduled Report
When you no longer need a scheduled report, you can permanently delete it. This can only be done by an admin.
- Navigate to the SCHEDULED REPORTS list.
 - Select the checkbox next to the report you want to remove
 - Click DELETE.
