Resolve "Country Not Available!" Mobile App Error

Conserv is available in several countries. The latest remote firmware update capabilities are region-specific. This error appears when you have not set an Organization address.

Please note that only an account admin will be able to resolve this error. Users will not be able to see the Organization tab. See this article if you would like to become an admin.

Background

The "Country Not Available!" error appears in the Conserv Cloud Mobile App when your organization's address is not set in Conserv Cloud.

Resolve the Error

  1. Sign in to Conserv Cloud.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the user menu.
  3. Click SETTINGS, and select the Organization tab in the left menu.
  4. Add your organization's address. Select the correct country in the box.
  5. Click SAVE.

Important

To resolve this error, you must choose the country in the multiple choice box field (image above). Just writing your country in the address will not work.

After you save your organization's address, you can use the mobile app without the country error.
