      Edit Profile Settings

      In profile settings, you can reset a forgotten password, change your preferred units of measurements, and upload a profile photo.

      Reset a Forgotten Password

      1. Navigate to https://app.conserv.io.
      2. Click Forgot Password?
      3. Enter the email address that is associated with your account.
      4. Click RESET PASSWORD.
      5. Follow the instructions in the email to complete this procedure.

      Change a Password

      1. Sign in to Conserv Cloud with your current password.
      2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the user menu.
      3. In the Profile tab, click SETTINGS.
      4. Click RESET MY PASSWORD.
        A reset request email is sent to the email address that is associated to your account.
      5. Click OK.
      6. Follow the instructions in the email to complete this procedure.

      If you still need assistance with resetting your password, create a support ticket.

      Edit Personal Details

      1. Sign in to Conserv Cloud.
      2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the user menu.
      3. Click SETTINGS.
      4. In the Profile tab under Details, edit the following fields:
        • First name
        • Last name
        • Phone number (including the company code)
        • Role, for example, Consultant, Curator, IT, or other (if none of the options apply to you)

       

      Upload a Profile Photo

      Your profile photo is your user avatar throughout Conserv Cloud.

      1. Sign in to Conserv Cloud.
      2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the user menu.
      3. Click SETTINGS.
      4. In the Profile tab, click the circle with your initial on top of the word Details.

      5. Select an image file from your computer.

      6. Click SAVE CHANGES.

      Change Preferred Units of Measurement

      You can change your unit of measurement for temperature, distance, and light readings at any time.

      Note

      Changing your measurement preferences affects only your own profile. It does not affect other members of your team.

      1. Sign in to Conserv Cloud.
      2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the user menu.
      3. Click SETTINGS.
      4. In the Profile tab, select an option for Temperature:
        • Fahrenheit
        • Celsius
      5. Select an option for Illuminance:
        • Lux
        • Foot-candles
      6. Select an option for Distance:
        • Meters
        • Feet
      7. Select an option for Ultraviolet:
        • µW/cm²
        • µW/lm
      8. Click SAVE CHANGES.
