You can send diagnostics from the Conserv Cloud Mobile App after you connect to the sensor with Bluetooth. **Before you begin**: - Install version 1.7.13 or later of the Conserv Cloud Mobile App (released in October 2026). For more information about how to install the app, see [Download the Mobile App](https://support.conserv.io/knowledge/download-mobile-app?hsLang=en). - Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, and approve all Bluetooth permissions for the app. - Make sure that your sensor is a Smart Collection Sensor (SCS) with a serial number of c006000 or above. Older sensors do not support Bluetooth. This feature is only available for SCS devices (not outdoor, cryo, cold, or leak sensors) - Make sure that your phone has a good cellular or Wi-Fi connection. 1. Stand close to the sensor, and open the Conserv Cloud Mobile App. 2. Sign in to your account. 3. Tap **Connect to Sensors**. *The app scans for SCSs in Bluetooth range.* 4. Next to the sensor, tap **Connect**. 5. Tap **the gear icon** on the top right. 6. Tap **Send Diagnostics.** *The app will ask permission to use your email application and draft an email to support@conserv.io with the diagnostics JSON file attachment.* 7. Add any relevant notes if you wish. Send the email. 8. Reply to your support ticket to let the Conserv Support team know that you sent the diagnostics. ### Troubleshooting #### The Sensor Does Not Appear in the List - Move closer to the sensor, and scan again. - Check that Bluetooth is on and that the app has Bluetooth permissions. - Check that the internet connection on your mobile device is stable. - Check that the sensor serial number is c006000 or above.
