Import Limits for Free Users

Conserv Cloud software is offered for free globally. We believe everyone, everywhere should be able to care for their collections regardless of budget. However, we must also balance server and storage costs for all the data added to our platform.

As of February 2026, Conserv Cloud allows Free users to import files up to 1MB each. Pro users may import files up to 20MB each. Users and customers may import as many files as they need.

If you are a free user and wish to import larger files but are unable to get Conserv devices, please see our pricing page for software-only options.
