Important

We recommend users are always on the latest version of the mobile app.

iPhone users normally have app auto-updates on by default.
Android users can search for the Conserv app in the Play store. If there is an updated version available, there will be a button to update.

How to check mobile app version

iPhone

Go to phone settings
General > iPhone Storage
Select the Conserv app from the list.
The version number appears under the app's name.

Android

Go to phone settings
Click Apps
Select the Conserv app from the list. Scroll to the bottom.
The version number appears at the bottom.

For New Users

A major differentiator for Conserv is a fully-featured mobile app for iOS and Android that empowers users to create collection observations and view sensor readings in real-time.

To use these features you'll need a Conserv Cloud account. For new users who don't have a Conserv Cloud account yet, you'll need to get setup.

If someone in your organization already has a Conserv Cloud account, ask them to invite you into your institutional account.
If you need are entirely new to Conserv and wish to try out the software, get a free account by filling in this form.
